Hi My name is Lee .

I was in active addiction for over 20 years and this was due to a multitude of mental illnesses that were not treated correctly in the first few years of my life and not being able to deal with the trauma’s of Childhood which I then I replicated into young adult hood . Theses addictions I had were Alcoholism, Narcotics , Gambling , self harming by overdosing and sex to name a few . until the day God saved me on the 5/9/2022 .

I have found out on this amazing journey of Sobriety it is the mental obsession to trying and be able to control how you feel by doing something that is of an impulsive behaviour to make yourself feel better when you get angry , frustrated and overwhelmed by things that are out of your control . (Running late due to not waking up early enough and angry at the driver in front of you in a car because they are going to speed limit for example )

This journey of sobriety hasn’t been easy and to the glory of God I was saved and through having faith you can be too if you are willing to accept the help which is given .

This website page is about trying to give you guidance and healthy advise to change your thinking through willingness and wanting to change to be the best version of yourself .
